Then the line passes throw point $$(8,8)$$, point $$(x,y)$$ and slope $$\dfrac{1}{4}$$ is
$$y-8=\dfrac{1}{4}(x-8)$$
$$\Rightarrow y-8=\dfrac{x}{4}-\dfrac{8}{4}$$
