$C_{e q} = (\frac{C_{1} C_{2}}{C_{1} + C_{2}} + C_{3} + \frac{C_{1} C_{2}}{C_{1} + C_{2}})$

$= C_{3} + \frac{2 C_{1} C_{2}}{C_{1} + C_{2}}$
