The correct option is D 10Ω
The 12Ω and 6Ω resistors are in parallel, so their equivalent resistance is R1=12×6/(12+6)=4Ω.
The 7Ω and 5Ω resistors are in series, so their equivalent resistance is R2=7+5=12Ω.
The R1=4Ω and R2=12Ω are in parallel, so their equivalent resistance is R3=12×4/(12+4)=3Ω
Now this R3=3Ω and 7Ω are in series, so the equivalent resistance is 7+3=10Ω
So the equivalent resistance of circuit is 10Ω.
