Find the HCF h(x) of the following polynomials and using HCF h(x), find the LCM m(x), the polynomials are 8(x3x2+x),28(x3+1)

Let f(x)=8(x3x2+x) and g(x)=28(x3+1)
Then f(x)=2×2×2x(x2x+1)
=23x(x2x+1)

g(x)=2×14(x+1)(x2x+1)=22×7(x+1)(x2x+1)
Common factors in f(x) and g(x) are 22 and (x2x+1)
So, HCF of f(x) and g(x) is h(x)=22(x2x+1)=4(x2x+1)

The factors of f(x) and g(x) which are not common are 2,7,x and (x+1)
LCM of f(x) and g(x) is given by
m(x)=4(x2x+1)×2×7x(x+1)=56x(x3+1)
