Therefore new co-ordinates $(X,Y)$ .

$x=X+h$ and $y=Y+k$

i.e. $9=X+1$ and $4=Y+2$

This gives, $X=8$ and $Y=2$.

Hence, the new co-ordinates are $(8,2)$.
