Let the probability of True be p and he probability of False be q then
p=12 and q=12
For at most three success, there might be 1 true answer or 2 true answers or 3 true answers.
Therefore the required probability (P) using Burnoli's probability formula as,
= 7C0p0q7+7C1 pq6+7C2 p2q5+7C3 p3q4
= (12)7+7 (12)7+21 (12)7+ 35(12)7

= 64 (12)7
=12.
