$2 x^{2} - 2 x - 3 x + 3 = 0$
$2 x (x - 1) - 3 (x - 1) = 0$
$(2 x - 3) (x - 1) = 0$
$2 x - 3 = 0$
$x = \frac{3}{2}$
$x - 1 = 0$
$x = 1$
Therefore, the roots of the equation are $\frac{3}{2}$ ,1.
