The expression
$3 \times (4 \times 6) \div 12 + 3 \times 2$ can be solved using the rules of BODMAS

By the rule first we solve the brackets
$3 \times (4 \times 6) \div 12 + 3 \times 2 = 3 \times 24 \div 12 + 3 \times 2$

Then we solve the division
$3 \times 24 \div 12 + 3 \times 2 = 3 \times 2 + 3 \times 2$

Then we solve the multiplication
$3 \times 2 + 3 \times 2 = 6 + 6$

Then we solve addition
$6 + 6 = 12$
