$$\cfrac{3}{13}\div \left( \cfrac { -4 }{ 65 }  \right) $$


Solution

$$\cfrac { 3 }{ 13 } \div \left( \cfrac { -4 }{ 65 }  \right) =\cfrac { 3 }{ 13 } \times \cfrac { 65 }{ (-4) } =\cfrac { 3\times (-5) }{ 1\times 4 } =\cfrac { -15 }{ 4 } =-3\cfrac { 3 }{ 4 } $$
