The correct option is D 15Ω
Resistance 8Ω and 0.5Ω are in series and Resistance 7Ω,1Ω and 10Ω are also in series.
now (7+1+10=18) are in parallel with 6Ω resistor.
so their equivalent is4.5Ω
Equivalent resistance across battery is
Req=8.5+2+4.5
=15Ω
