The correct option is A $30^{\circ}$
When two parallel lines are cut by any transversal, then the corresponding angles are equal.

Here $(2 x + 20^{o})$ and $(3 x - 10^{o})$ are corresponding angles.

So,

$(2 x + 20^{o}) = (3 x - 10^{o})$

$=> 20^{o} + 10^{o} = 3 x - 2 x$

$=> x = 30^{o}$
