Solution

The correct option is A 2.5
Given:
force (f)=10 N=10 kgms2

If units of length and time are doubled and unit of mass is halved, then value of force in new system of units will be

f=10×⎢ ⎢ ⎢12×2(2)2⎥ ⎥ ⎥ unit

f=2.5 unit

Why this question ?Concept - In different system of units, the magnitudeand unit of measurement of physical quantities changes butit's nature remain the same i.e. Force remain the forceTrick - We can also use n1u1=n2u2, where n isnumerical value and u is unit.
