The correct option is A $$2 sec$$
Here, $$2T=m_1g=4(10)=40 \Rightarrow T=20  N$$
and $$F=T+T+T=30t$$
$$\displaystyle t=\frac{3T}{30}=\frac{3(20)}{30}=2 sec $$
