$= [(3 x - y + 11) + (- y - 11)] - [(3 x^{2} - 5 x) + (- x^{2} + 2 x + 5)]$
$= [3 x - y + 11 - y - 11] - [3 x^{2} - 5 x - x^{2} + 2 x + 5]$
$= [3 x - 2 y] - [2 x^{2} - 3 x + 5]$
$= 3 x - 2 y - 2 x^{2} + 3 x - 5$
$= - 2 x^{2} + 6 x - 2 y - 5$
