Cost of each fan $= 2400$
Loss on $F_{1} = 10$ %
Profit on $F_{2} = 15$ %

For $F_{1} :$

$S P = C P - 10$ % of $C P$

$S P = 2400 - \frac{10}{100} \times 2400 = 2160$

For $F_{2} :$

$S P = C P + 15$ % of $C P$

$S P = 2400 + \frac{15}{100} \times 2400 = 2760$

Total $S P = 2160 + 2760 = 4920$

Total $C P = 2 \times 2400 = 4800$

Profit or Loss $= S P - C P = 120$ (Positive)

Hence, Hari makes a profit of $R s .120$
