Hcl gas is insoluble or soluble in Hcl gas. Give reason??

HCl is Hydrogen chloride.
In aqueous solution that is in the presence of water we call HCl as Hydrochloric acid .
Of course both have the same formula.

all acids are soluble in water.
It is soluble in water and produces ions H+ and Cl- and we call that process as Ionisation.
