The correct option is B Water in bucket B is hotter than that in bucket A.

We know that heat flows from a hot body to a cold body.
Himanshu's right hand felt hotter after dipping in normal water. This means that the water in the normal bucket is at a temperature that is higher than that of bucket A.
Similarly, we can conclude that water in the normal bucket is at a temperature lower than that of water in bucket B because his left-hand felt colder.
In other words, the order of temperatures in the buckets is as follows:
Bucket A < Normal bucket < Bucket B
Therefore, bucket A has cold water whereas bucket B has hot water, compared to the water in the normal bucket.
