Dear Student,

Ozone layer keeps us from the harmful solar UV radiation. However, the depletion of the layer can actually have an effect on climate. The solar radiation will directly reach us, this along with the green house gases heats up the Earth and this can lead to high level of precipitation where there used to be low level of precipitation thereby adversing the climatic condition.
