How does potential difference (v) across a resistor depend on current passing through it ? What is nature of I-V graph obtained
According to ohm's law,
VαI
V=IRV=IRV=IR
As potential increases, current in the circuit increases, every circuit offer some resistance to the current.
if the conductor in the circuit is a ohmic in nature then potential will have proportional relation with current.
Resistance is purely a material property and it doesn't not depends upon voltages.
Nature of the graph :
slope of the curve
IV=1R
orR=1IV⟶R=VI
