Solution

The correct option is A Residuary List
There are many new subjects like internet and e-commerce, which became relevant to legislation after the Constitution of India came into force. However, the makers of the Constitution made provisions foreseeing such a possibility. In Article 248, the Constitution has given the Union Parliament the power to legislate on all those subjects that do not fall into any of the three lists mentioned in the Seventh Schedule, i.e., the State, Union, and Concurrent Lists. This power is known as 'residuary' power.
