Equation I
$\frac{15}{x} + \frac{9}{x} = 11 \sqrt{x}$
$\frac{15 + 9}{\sqrt{x}} = 11 \sqrt{x}$
$24 = 11 x$
$∴ x = \frac{24}{11} = 2.18$
Equation II
$\frac{\sqrt{y}}{4} + \frac{5 \sqrt{y}}{12} = \frac{1}{\sqrt{y}}$
$\Rightarrow \frac{3 \sqrt{y} + 5 \sqrt{y}}{12} = \frac{1}{\sqrt{y}}$
$8 y = 12 \Rightarrow y = 1.5$
