Given f(x)=2cosx+1
Now, the graph of cosx is shown as:

Now, flipping the graph along x axis we get the graph of cosx as:

Now, stretching the graph of cosx horizontally 2 times we get the graph of 2cosx as:

Now, shitfing the graph vertically upwards by 1 units will give the graph of 2cosx+1 as shown:

And this graph matches perfectly with the graph given in option c.
