Solution

The correct options are
A Bromine (Br)
B Mercury (Hg)

Bromine (Br) and Mercury (Hg) are the only elements that are liquids at room temperature.

The melting point of mercury and bromine are 38.8oC and 7.2oC respectively. Since they are slightly below room temperature, these metals exist as liquids at that temperature.

The melting point of helium is 272.2oC. So helium will exist in the liquid state only at very low temperature.

The melting point of carbon is 3550oC which means that carbon doesn't actually melt.
