In presence of Zn the 2-methyl-1,2-dibromo propane undergoes dehalogenation reaction to form isobutylene. The isobutylene on reaction with ozone it undergoes ozonolysis to form ozonide which on hydrolysis forms corresponding ketone as a product.
Hence the option C is correct and the compounds given in option C are X and Y respectively.
