We have sum of the digits in the even places = 2 + B

Sum of the digits in the odd places = 1 + 5 = 6

Difference between the sum of the digits in the odd places and the sum of the digit in the even places

$\Rightarrow$ B + 2 - 6 = B - 4

For the number to be divisible by 11:
$\Rightarrow$ B - 4 = 0/11/22/33.............

$\Rightarrow$ B = 4, 15,26................

Here B can be a single digit number.

$\therefore$ B = 4 and the number is 5412
