If acid falls on our hand , it is prescribed to apply base in that region . So in this process is there any salt formation on our hand ?

If acid falls on our hand , it is prescribed to apply base in that region that resulting reaction form the water and salt but problem in that reaction it release too much heat. So, either your hand will burn by the acid or by the releasing heat.

Precaution:- 1. Do not apply this experiment in your lab.
2. If by mistake acid falls in hand, do not put strong base, wash it cleanly by water then you can apply baking soda on it that is a weak base. But do not put base first.
