Now if we draw the segment AF, the triangle gets divided into two halves of equal area.
Area(ΔAFC=8)
Now EF becomes a median in the triangle AFC, dividing that triangle into two halves of equal area.

Using this logic we can also come to:
Area(ΔDBF)=4
Area(ΔADE)=4

Area(ΔDEF)=4
