We know that period of $\sin x$ is $2\pi$ and
Period of $\sin (ax+b)$ is $\frac{2\pi }{|a|}$
Hence, period $\left(T\right)=\frac{2\pi }{2}=\pi$
So, the value of $\frac{3T}{\pi }=3$
