When two angles are in linear pair, their sum is $180 °$ .
When one angle in pair is obtuse angle.
Assume , An obtuse angle $= 130 °$
Another angle in linear pair $= 180 ° - 130 ° = 50 °$
Obtained angle is acute angle.
Hence, If one angle of a linear pair is obtuse angle, then another angle is acute angle.
