$\Rightarrow 2 x^{3} + 3 x^{2} - 2 x = (x - 1) \times (2 x^{2} + 5 x + 3) + R e m a i n d e r$

$\Rightarrow 2 x^{3} + 3 x^{2} - 2 x = 2 x^{3} + 3 x^{2} - 2 x - 3 + R e m a i n d e r$
