Number of element in P × Q = number of elements in P × number of elements in Q

                                         = 4 × 4 = 16

P × Q = {(2, 2), (2, 3), (2, 5), (2, 7), (4, 2), (4, 3), (4, 5), (4, 7), (6, 2), (6, 3), (6, 5), (6, 7), (8, 2), (8, 3), (8, 5), (8, 7)}

n( P × Q) = 16
