Let ΔABC be a equilateral triangle and a circle with centre O inscribed in it.
Area of circle =4πcm2
=>πr2=4π
=>(OD)2=4
=>OD=2cm
OA is the angle bisector of A and OD is the perpendicular bisector to side AB.
OAD=300,ADO=900,AOD=600
tanAOD=ADOD
=>tan60=AD2
=>AD=23
=>AB=43
Now, area of equilateral ABC=34(AB)2=34×4×4×3=123cm2
