The correct option is B $$\dfrac{2}{3}$$ cm
Total end correction of open pipe $$x_t = 0.8$$ cm
As open pipe has end correction on both sides.
Thus end correction on each side $$x = \dfrac{x_t}{2} = 0.4$$  cm
Diameter of inner pipe $$D = \dfrac{x}{0.3} = \dfrac{0.4}{0.3}$$ cm
Thus radius of inner pipe  $$r = \dfrac{D}{2} = \dfrac{0.4}{2\times 0.3}$$
$$\implies$$ $$r = \dfrac{2}{3}$$ cm
