If the equilibrium  constant for $$ N_{2} (g) + O_{2}(g) \rightleftharpoons  2 NO (g) $$ is K , the equilibrium constant for $$ \dfrac{1}{2} N_{2}(g) + \dfrac{1}{2} O_{2}(g) \rightleftharpoons  NO (g) $$ will be

Answer
 $$ N_{2} + O_{2} \rightarrow  2 NO  $$ is K 

Multiplying by $$ \dfrac{1}{2} $$

$$ \dfrac{1}{2}N_{2} + \dfrac{1}{2}O_{2} \rightarrow  NO  $$ 

$$\therefore K' = (K)^{1/2} $$
