Latus rectum $= (a e, \frac{b^{2}}{a})$
Equation of normal is $\frac{a^{2} x}{a e} - \frac{b^{2} y}{\frac{b^{2}}{a}} = a^{2} - b^{2} \Rightarrow \frac{a x}{e} - a y = a^{2} - b^{2}$
