given that $$\bar{\nu}=R[\frac{1}{n_1^2}-\frac{1}{n_2^2}]$$
for lyman wave number $$\bar{\nu}=\frac{1}{\lambda}$$
so $$\nu=RC[\frac{1}{n_1^2}-\frac{1}{n_2^2}]$$
$$\nu=RC[\frac{1}{1^2}-\frac{1}{\infty}]$$
so $${\nu}_l=RC$$
for Pfund $$\nu_p=RC[\dfrac{1}{5^2}-\dfrac{1}{\infty}]$$  $$=\dfrac{RC}{25}=\dfrac{\nu_l}{25}$$
so option B is correct.
