If we increase the temperature of ice from - 20 degree Celsius to 0 degree Celsius, does the ice melt?

The melting point of ice is 0 degree celcius. If the temperature of ice is below 0C, it will stay solid; if the temperature of the ice is increased above this number, the ice changes to liquid water.
so If we increase the temperature of ice from - 20 degree Celsius to 0 degree Celsius, ice will stay solid and will not melt.
