Question

If $$ z_1, z_2, z_3, z_4$$ are vertices of a parallelogram respectively, then

A
z1+z4=z2+z3
loader
B
z1+z3=z2+z4
loader
C
z1+z2=z2+z4
loader
D
z1+z3=z3+z4
loader

Solution

The correct option is B $$z_1+z_3=z_2+z_4$$
We know that for the parallelogram diagonals are bisector of each other
$$\therefore \dfrac{z_{3}+z_{1}}{2}=\dfrac{z_{2}+z_{4}}{2}$$
$$z_{3}+z_{1}=z_{2}+z_{4}$$
