The correct option is D 4

Here, the $$K_b$$ for $$B^-$$ is $$10^{-10}$$ 
$$\therefore pK_b=-log_{10}K_b=-log_{10}(10^{-10})=10$$

We know that, $$pOH=pK_b+log [salt]/[acid]$$

Here, the concentration of the salt and the acid is same $$\therefore log_{10} 1=0$$

$$\therefore pOH=pK_b=10$$ and
 $$pH=14-pOH$$
$$=14-10$$
$$=4$$
Hence, the correct answer is option (D).
