The correct option is B $$300 \mathrm { V } , 3 \mathrm { A }$$
Given,
 Voltage across inductance and capacitance are same as source voltage
  when Source voltage will be connected to $$ 200V$$ then 
   $${ V }_{ 3 }=\sqrt { { V }^{ 2 }-{ \left( { V }_{ 1 }-{ V }_{ 2 } \right)  }^{ 2 } } \\ \quad \quad =\sqrt { { 300 }^{ 2 }-{ \left( 300-300 \right)  }^{ 2 } } \\ \quad \quad =300V$$
  
$$I=\dfrac { V }{ R } =\dfrac { 300 }{ 100 } =3A$$
