As partial pressure $\propto$ number of moles
so $\frac{P_{O_{2}}}{P_{O_{2}} + P_{N e}} = \frac{n_{O_{2}}}{n_{O_{2}} + n_{N e}}$
where $μ_{O_{2}} = \frac{64}{32} = 2$ and $μ_{N e} = \frac{60}{20} = 3$
$\Rightarrow \frac{P_{O_{2}}}{30 bar} = \frac{2}{2 + 3} \Rightarrow P_{O_{2}} = 12 bar$
