Let there be $x$ number of employees in the company.
According to the question,
Number of employees come to company by car $=\frac{x}{4}$
Number of employees come to company by motorbikes $=\frac{1}{3}\times \frac{3x}{4}=\frac{x}{4}$
Number of employees come to company by walk $=\frac{200}{100}\times (x-\frac{x}{4}-\frac{3x}{4})$
$=\frac{1}{5}\times \frac{x}{2}=\frac{x}{10}$
Required difference $=300$
$\frac{x}{4}-\frac{x}{10}=300$
$\Rightarrow \frac{5x-2x}{20}=300$
$\Rightarrow 3x=300\times 20$
$\Rightarrow x=2000$
