Solution

The correct option is B 200
Given,
f0=1.2 cm, fe=3 cm
u0=1.25 cm
When final image is formed at infinity, magnifying power is given by, MP=v0|u0|(Df0)
Using lens formula for objective,
1v01u0=1f0
1v011.25=11.21v0=11.211.25
v0=30 cm.
Now, MP=v0|u0|(Dfe)

=301.25×(253)=200

Hence, (B) is the correct answer.
