Energy consumed by 4 bulbs of 100 watt each.

Electric energy = $\frac{PHD}{1000}=\frac{400\times 4\times 30}{1000}$

= $48units$

Energy consumed by 4 bulbs of 40 watt each

Electric energy = $\frac{PHD}{1000}=\frac{160\times 6\times 30}{1000}$

= $28.8units$

Energy consumed by 2 fans of 60 watt each

Electric energy = $\frac{PHD}{1000}=\frac{120\times 8\times 30}{1000}$

= $28.8units$

Total consumed electric energy = $48+28.8+28.8=105.6unit$

Energy consumed = Energy energy $\times$ rate per unit

= $105.6\times 5=528.00=Rs.528$
