We have a total of 25 children and they all are facing south.

We have to find out the number of children between R and B.
R's position from the right is 16th.
So, its position from the left is (25 -16) +19+1 =10th
R is 10th from the left.
B's position from the left is 18th.
So, its position from the right is (25-18) +1
7+18th
B is 8th from the right.

Number of children between R and B is
25 - (10 + 8) 25 - 18 = 7
Therefore, there are 7 children between B and R.
