Here we have the line graphs of runs scored by Team A and Team B. Let us see what the intersection of these line graphs means. Suppose at the end of 7.5 overs, runs scored by the teams A and B are 45. If we plot the point corresponding to 7.5 overs and 45 runs, it will be common for both Team A and Team B. This means that an intersection tells us that at that point, runs scored by Team A after facing certain no. of balls is equal to the runs scored by Team B after facing the same no. of balls.
