The correct option is C $$R$$
Phase difference in $$R-L$$ circuit,
$$\phi =\tan ^{ -1 }{ \left( \dfrac { { X }_{ L } }{ R }  \right)  }$$
Given :  $$\phi =45^o$$
$$\therefore \   \tan { { 45 }^{ o } } =\dfrac { { X }_{ L } }{ R }$$
$$ \implies  \ { X }_{ L }=R$$
