Marks secured by Mohit = 60%. Pass mark = 45%
Difference between the marks secured and pass mark = (6045)%=15%
Given that Mohit got 45 marks more than the pass marks.
Let the maximum marks be x.
15% of x = 45 x = 45×10015=300
The mximum marks in the examination = 300
