Given:
L=10 mH
C=40 μF
q0=4 μC

So, total energy stored in the capacitor,

UT=q202C=(4×106)22×40×106=2×107 J

When the capacitor and inductor share energies equally, energy stored in the inductor,

UL=UT2=2×1072=1×107 J

12Li2=1×107

12×10×103×i2=107

i4.5×103 A=4.5 mA

Hence, option (B) is the correct answer.
