The correct option is B 1λ versus Z
We know that, Moseley's law is given by,

f=a(Zb)

For Kα line, b=1

So, f=a(Z1)

f=aZa ...(1)

This equation is similar to the equation of straight line, y=mx+c, where,
y=f, m=a, x=Z, and c=a

Hence, f versus Z is a straight line.

From (1),

cλ=aZa

1λ=acZac

This equation is also similar to the equation of straight line, y=mx+C, where,
y=1λ, m=ac, x=Z, and C=ac

Hence, 1λ versus Z is also a straight line.
